Today's thebigscreencompany plate at Flemington may have unearthed a super star of the future. Sheikh Mohammed’s 2yo, “Soul” impressively won the first race at Flemington.  Soul is out of a half sister to the multiple Group 1 winner Denman in Marvilha, who now has 5 winners from 5 raced.  The Peter Snowden trained gelding easily accounted for the heavily supported Smerdon trained, Breitling, which battled on for second.

Race-Tech sponsored thebigscreencompany Plate at Flemington today and is proud to be support the Victoria Racing Club.  Following the race, Race-Tech’s Director Bill McLean said “all associated with Race-Tech appreciate the efforts of the club in presenting race days during these challenging periods of the racing season.  It is the Members that turned up today in these cold conditions that should be applauded, we are just happy we can assist in supporting the Club.”
