14 November 2009      Gr 3 Race-Tech Stakes - Sandown Classic Day

For the third year running, Race-Tech sponsored the Sandown Stakes on Sandown Classic day.  A sensational crowd nearing 15,000 watched a brilliant ride by Michael Rodd secure Zipping his third consecutive Sandown Classic.  Race-Tech would also like to congratulate the connections of Nine Tales, winner of the Gr3 Race-Tech Stakes. 6 November 2009        2009 Melbourne Cup Carnival

Race-Tech provided a new 6mm LED Super Screen during the 2009 Melbourne Cup Carnival.  This was an addition to Race-Tech’s normal television production and data services provided at Flemington. See Pics

Race-Tech supplies two RT20 outdoor LED video Screens for the Sydney Marathon and Running Festival. The RT20's are becoming the mobile screen of choice.  With fast installation and pack up times - these units are the most suitable for community events.

Harness Racing Victoria officially opened TABCORP Park, Melton on Sunday July 5, 2009.  The cold conditions did not stop a bumper crowd being part of this historical day.  HRV’s Super Screen partner, Race-Tech was there with the HRV42 Outdoor LED Video Screen.  www.tabcorppark.com.au

3 July 2009             2010 Tour Down Under

The 2010 Tour Down Under race routes have been unveiled today at the official launch of the UCI ProTour event.   Transport Minister Patrick Conlon announced that the route will return to the Clare Valley after a six year absence.

“Stage 1 of the 2010 Tour Down Under will set off from Clare, the first time the event has been to the town,” Minister Conlon says. “The route will then pass through eight more Clare Valley towns that are new to the Tour Down Under, including Auburn, Saddleworth and Riverton.   “The race will also return to some perennial favourites with the cycling fans, such as Hahndorf, Stirling, Norwood and Willunga.”    After a record-breaking event in 2009, the Tour Down Under is set to light up South Australia from 17-24 January 2010.  www.tourdownunder.com.au

Melbourne Cup Carnival

Today, October 4, 2008, Race-Tech successfully kicked off their Spring Racing Carnival by supplying specialised television production to the Victoria Racing Club (VRC).  Race-Tech provides a number of specialised services to the VRC including, Channel i - the main wagering program delivered to all areas within Flemington Racecourse.  In addition Race-Tech will provide another wagering & entertainment program to outdoor LED super screens on-course at Flemington.  Both channels display TAB & Bookmaker data in real-time. www.vrc.net.au

Urban Screens -- Race-Tech and Barco
